I don't even know where to start or how to put into words my experience. For YEARS, I have been jumping from one salon to another, desperately trying to find somewhere that felt right to me. I'm not very confident or comfortable in my skin, especially after three babies (and 3 csections), and I've lost touch with my feminine side. Every salon I went to, I felt rushed, unheard, or just flat out not a priority. I felt like i didn't belong in most places because I wasn't coloring my hair or wearing expensive clothing. I didn't know how to advocate for myself, and nobody ever gave me solid advice for my hair. After my newest baby turned 5 months, I put my foot down and decided to find the perfect salon. I'm so glad I found Silver! My name was on a little welcome sign out front, I was greeted by the nicest woman up front and given a complimentary BEVERAGE MENU?? A first for me. The shampoo room was so soothing and quiet, and the complimentary conditioning tx was insane. Natalie was the absolute best stylist I've ever worked with. She gave me advice, gently guided my vision and was the perfect balance of talkative and letting me have some quiet for the first time in months. The whole space was clean, fresh, trendy but down to earth. I felt so taken care of. Even though I was probably looking ragged, exhausted and maybe had some spit up stains on my dress, they treated me like a celebrity. Client care is clearly at their forefront. Best. Salon. Ever

I hadn't been to a salon in almost thirty years and I was so nervous! I almost cancelled, but I'm so so glad that I didn't! Natalie was amazing! She truly listened and made me feel so at ease. And it didn't feel like it was her job to do it, she seems to be just that sweet of a person. She made me feel seen. All of the ladies I spoke with there were super sweet and I'll recommend them to everyone I see!

Natalie is amazing! She gave me a great cut and has mapped out a plan to get my color damaged graying hair back to a manageable state.

Honest, expert advice, completely transparent and very friendly. My brown/grey hair typically pulls to a strawberry brassy blonde. With an increase in graying, I brought in a pic of a gray blend/ash blonde. Being this was my first time, and I had multiple layers of previous colors, I expected it would take a few appointments for Natalie to get used to my hair and get me to an Ash/gray blend. She nailed it perfectly the first time. Could not be more pleased.

Outstanding work by Natalie-she is such a talent! My daughter is a regular here and this is by far the best salon I’ve been to. Sweet staff, excellent customer service and beautiful salon!
