If you have curly hair and need a cut please book Ruth. My hair is dry and lacked of moisture. She will make sure you are loving it and talk you through on the steps and order on how to style if you need to switch up your routine or make some tweak. I can’t wait to go back in September.

I felt welcomed as I pulled into the parking space. The Welcome New Client sign recognizing me was lovely. Haley took time to talk about me, my hair and what my goals are. She asked a knowledgeable peer to answer some questions about a product line which can help with thinning. I received a goody bag including a deep treatment and product discount voucher.

Kahley was wonderful… she asked great questions to understand exactly what cut and style I wanted. Her head massage + the conditioning treatment was a DREAM 🤩 It was just icing on the cake that she was super personable and genuinely fun to chat with the entire time. I don't even know where to start or how to put into words my experience. For YEARS, I have been jumping from one salon to another, desperately trying to find somewhere that felt right to me. I'm not very confident or comfortable in my skin, especially after three babies (and 3 csections), and I've lost touch with my feminine side. Every salon I went to, I felt rushed, unheard, or just flat out not a priority. I felt like i didn't belong in most places because I wasn't coloring my hair or wearing expensive clothing. I didn't know how to advocate for myself, and nobody ever gave me solid advice for my hair. After my newest baby turned 5 months, I put my foot down and decided to find the perfect salon. I'm so glad I found Silver! My name was on a little welcome sign out front, I was greeted by the nicest woman up front and given a complimentary BEVERAGE MENU?? A first for me. The shampoo room was so soothing and quiet, and the complimentary conditioning tx was insane. Natalie was the absolute best stylist I've ever worked with. She gave me advice, gently guided my vision and was the perfect balance of talkative and letting me have some quiet for the first time in months. The whole space was clean, fresh, trendy but down to earth. I felt so taken care of. Even though I was probably looking ragged, exhausted and maybe had some spit up stains on my dress, they treated me like a celebrity. Client care is clearly at their forefront. Best. Salon. Ever

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The salon itself is very upscale, but also warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I entered. They got me checked in and crafted a complimentary hazelnut latte for me as well. My stylist Kahley is an absolutely beautiful young lady who walked me through the entire experience with knowledge, professionalism and grace. After an extremely helpful consultation, it was time for the shampoo and deep conditioning treatment that also involved an amazingly relaxing scalp massage. The shampoo chair was sooo comfortable! My mind was blown. I’ve never sat in a comfortable shampoo chair, I didn’t even know they existed. lol. Kahley gave me a transition haircut and I cannot sing her praises loud enough. I came in feeling a hot mess hair wise and left with the exact haircut I had envisioned in my minds eye. It’s gorgeous! I kinda can’t believe it’s on my head - haha! She is an excellent and skilled stylist in addition to being friendly and putting me right at ease. During checkout, she walked me to the front and recommended two products that she used and explained why she recommended them and mentioned the 20% off discount for new clients, but was also very chill- no pressure or hard sell. The 2 young ladies at the front desk got me checked out, and the one at the register I was at mentioned the recommended products were actually on a sale for 25% off right now, so I purchased them. I had such an amazing experience and I’m so glad I went. My hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you so much to Kahley and the rest of The Silver Salon team.
