Loved my experience at Silver salon. From even before I walked into the salon, I saw my name on a little welcome sign outside. They welcome you with a drink with so many options to chose from. I was very nervous getting my long hair cut but Haley made me feel very comfortable quick. The hair wash alone would have been a 5star review, it was very relaxing with a warm blanket and I almost fell asleep. I love my haircut and it looks so much healthier.

Kylie is meticulous as she cuts and styles to the client’s request. I am very pleased with today’s cut!!

If you have curly hair and need a cut please book Ruth. My hair is dry and lacked of moisture. She will make sure you are loving it and talk you through on the steps and order on how to style if you need to switch up your routine or make some tweak. I can’t wait to go back in September.

I felt welcomed as I pulled into the parking space. The Welcome New Client sign recognizing me was lovely. Haley took time to talk about me, my hair and what my goals are. She asked a knowledgeable peer to answer some questions about a product line which can help with thinning. I received a goody bag including a deep treatment and product discount voucher.

Kahley was wonderful… she asked great questions to understand exactly what cut and style I wanted. Her head massage + the conditioning treatment was a DREAM 🤩 It was just icing on the cake that she was super personable and genuinely fun to chat with the entire time. I don't even know where to start or how to put into words my experience. For YEARS, I have been jumping from one salon to another, desperately trying to find somewhere that felt right to me. I'm not very confident or comfortable in my skin, especially after three babies (and 3 csections), and I've lost touch with my feminine side. Every salon I went to, I felt rushed, unheard, or just flat out not a priority. I felt like i didn't belong in most places because I wasn't coloring my hair or wearing expensive clothing. I didn't know how to advocate for myself, and nobody ever gave me solid advice for my hair. After my newest baby turned 5 months, I put my foot down and decided to find the perfect salon. I'm so glad I found Silver! My name was on a little welcome sign out front, I was greeted by the nicest woman up front and given a complimentary BEVERAGE MENU?? A first for me. The shampoo room was so soothing and quiet, and the complimentary conditioning tx was insane. Natalie was the absolute best stylist I've ever worked with. She gave me advice, gently guided my vision and was the perfect balance of talkative and letting me have some quiet for the first time in months. The whole space was clean, fresh, trendy but down to earth. I felt so taken care of. Even though I was probably looking ragged, exhausted and maybe had some spit up stains on my dress, they treated me like a celebrity. Client care is clearly at their forefront. Best. Salon. Ever

Very professional and friendly. All the staff was amazing. Ava cut my hair and she did an excellent job! She listened to my request and made sure I knew how to style it to get the same look she did. Highly recommended the salon and especially Ava!

I love my cut! The salon is out of this world! I am very impressed with the website, the questionnaire and the psychology behind it that matched me to Theresa Bennett! I had an early appointment, so I was pleased when offered a coffee and then given as many choices as a coffee shop! The physical layout of the shop was unique. I can see value in the separation of the cut/color areas and the enclosed shampoo area. The massage, warm towel and music left me relaxed and distressed. Theresa was fantastic, we had much in common and I felt an instant connection. Her expertise and artistry obvious. I appreciated that I was oriented to the salon before my appointment and provided with information regarding services and products used and available for service. I’m am eager to return and try my hair care products purchased in the interim!
