Meet Ruthie, our go-getter associate who’s taking the industry by storm. Previously our Guest Experience Expert, she's taken on a new challenge as she has graduated hair school, but her heart remains the same: making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels like they're the only person in the room. Ruthie's the kind of person who brings sunshine and a whole lot of care into everything she does. From her first warm welcome to her detailed work as an associate, she's all about creating special moments. Meet the fabulous Natalie, a radiant hair stylist with a passion for making others feel their absolute best. Armed with her skills and creativity from Capri Institute in Brick NJ, she has over 16 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her goal? Liv is a creative and confident cosmetology genius! She graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in Greenville with a certification of completion in Cosmetology. Additionally, she earned a Certificate of Achievement for Phase Two, making her even more amazing. You won't find a person more passionate about their work than Liv; she loves event/bridal hair and makeup. Even though she's new to the industry, she has bolstered her knowledge through Wren High School and the Anderson 1 & 2 Cosmetology program as well as our own in-house training. She was thrilled to join the in-house Artist Academy and was able to work alongside one of our salon educators to get to know all the lovely guests who come through our doors. Ashley wants every guest that sits in her chair feeling beautiful, confident, and knowledgeable on how they can recreate their style at home - she loves offering suggestions based on each person's lifestyle! Erin discovered her passion for beauty early on and moved quickly to turn it into a career. After honing her craft at the Career and Technology Center’s Cosmetology program, she went on to pursue a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Anderson University. She then capped off this impressive educational odyssey with becoming an entrepreneur beside husband Evan by opening Silver Salon back in 2012 - officially making them business partners as of 2018! Today Erin is enjoying passing down all learnt experience behind the chair onto others while helping drive strategic growth plans for their team.

Evan discovered his potential when a mentor called out leadership ability in him many years ago. He has never forgotten that moment and has been a sponge ever since. His passion lead him to join Erin at the salon in 2018, where he was able to utilize his leadership abilities to influence the culture, help to create new systems, and pull out the potential in our team.

Evan is also the founder of his coaching company where he now gets to share and utilize is unique talents with other salon companies. Evan loves spending time with his wife and two young children - they are his world! In his spare time (haha what's that?) he enjoys golfing, fishing and being outdoors.
