There’s nothing better than that fresh salon feeling. You walk out with your confidence up, hair bouncing, and head a little higher. But that experience doesn’t happen by accident.

At our salon, every single detail is intentional—from the stylist behind the chair to the timing of your reservation. So today, we’re walking you through a few key things that help us keep your experience running beautifully behind the scenes. Whether you're new or have been coming for years, this is your official guide to your next reservation.

WHY POLICIES MATTER

You want a consistent, beautiful, relaxing service—and our team wants to give you exactly that.

We’ve built a salon culture that values excellence, efficiency, and care. In order to honor your time and protect our stylists’ time and income, we have a few policies in place. These aren’t meant to be stuffy or restrictive—they’re designed to create the best possible experience for everyone.

We’re a people-first salon. And that includes you and the amazing stylists who serve you.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

We know how hard it can be to schedule things around your littles—we’ve got kids too! But when it comes to your hair appointment, we ask that you make arrangements so you can enjoy some uninterrupted self-care (you deserve it!).

Here’s why:

  • Our salon space is cozy and intimate—there aren’t wide walkways or extra chairs.

  • We use sharp tools, hot irons, and chemical products that aren’t safe for small hands.

  • Other guests are investing in their own quiet, relaxing experience.

Our policy:

  • Children under 8 should not accompany you unless they’re receiving a service.

  • Children 8+ are welcome to quietly wait in the seating area with headphones and/or device.

  • Children should not be running around the salon, touching equipment, or causing disruption to other guests’ services.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes life happens, and we totally get it. But when cancellations happen within 24 hours of your appointment, our stylists can’t always fill that time—which means they lose income they were counting on.

Think of it like having your work shift canceled at the last minute. That’s the impact a late cancel can have for a stylist.

What counts as a Late Cancel:
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your reservation.

The fee:
We charge a $25 Late Cancel fee to help protect our team’s income.
(If you paid a deposit, we’ll apply $25 and refund the rest.)

Pro tip: If you know you need to cancel—even if it’s a few days out—let us know ASAP. The more time we have, the more likely we can rebook your slot.

NO SHOW

A No Show is when you miss your reservation without any notice—you didn’t call, text, or message us.

We know emergencies happen, but when we don’t hear from you, we can’t offer that time to another guest. That hurts our stylists’ schedules and income. We don’t want that for anyone.

The policy:

  • A No Show requires a 50% deposit to rebook your next reservation.

  • If that next reservation results in another No Show, you’ll forfeit that deposit.

Our front desk team is trained to handle each situation with empathy, but we also honor our stylists’ time and professionalism. This policy helps us do both.

RUNNING LATE?

We know traffic, babysitters, work meetings—they don’t always follow your Google Calendar. A few minutes behind? Totally fine. Just give us a call so we can prep on our end.

But timing matters. Our stylists often have tight schedules or work alongside co-stylists, so every minute counts.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust your services to fit what’s left in your appointment.

  • If the delay prevents us from safely or professionally completing the service, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the $25 Late Cancel fee would apply.

The key is communication. A quick call helps us adapt and still give you the best experience possible.
